Adventure-driven movement.

Fitness, recovery, and seven days of exploring.
The methodology

Why training and recovery have to live together.

Training and recovery hold each other up. The week is built around both, never one alone. Seven days, twelve guests, eight practitioners — coaches with two decades on the floor, breathwork founders, massage and recovery therapists who’ve seen this work from every angle.

Four pillars

Training, recovery, nutrition, adventure.

01

Training

Coached daily. Program built around your intake call before you arrive.

02

Recovery

Saunas in three locations. Ice baths at the Atlantic edge. Hyperbaric chamber. Breathwork. Deep-tissue massage.

03

Nutrition

A registered nutritionist plans every meal. All dietary needs covered.

04

Adventure

Time in nature, with like-minded people. Whole afternoons unscheduled.

Common questions.

What level of fitness do I need?

Enough to walk briskly for an hour, paddle a kayak in flat water, and ride an ebike for a few hours over varied terrain. Nothing technical. Activities are scaled to the group — each day offers harder or easier paths.

What about dietary restrictions?

We pre-arrange everything. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, allergies — tell us when you book and the menu adjusts around you. The food is honest, seasonal, mostly Mediterranean-influenced with South African ingredients.

Who is TRUTH HEALTH for?

Capable adults in good general health who want a week that feels like the way they'd already spend it — just better hosted, in a place that earns it. Most guests are 30 to 55, enjoy training, and value privacy. The week is not designed for beginners new to movement, nor for visitors looking only to rest.
